In this follow-up email, David Stern informs Jeffrey Epstein that Abdourahman Boreh is "doing well in court." This email was sent approximately three weeks after Stern's October 12 email (EFTA02684680) where he celebrated a "funky" win for Boreh.
This reinforces the "double-agent" narrative. Stern, while officially part of the team supposed to be prosecuting Boreh on behalf of Djibouti, is consistently updating Epstein on Boreh's legal successes. It suggests a coordinated effort to ensure Boreh's protection from the Djiboutian state's claims.
