In this email, David Stern forwards a "Summary of Key Findings" regarding the legal case of Abdourahman Boreh. The metadata confirms the conclusion of the litigation: "Boreh won his case 100%."
The forwarded content appears to originate from Byrne & Partners, the law firm that represented Boreh against the Republic of Djibouti.
This is highly incriminating regarding the conflict of interest. David Stern, whose firm (D&A Services) was hired by the Republic of Djibouti to coordinate the prosecution of Boreh, is seen here forwarding the internal "Key Findings" of Boreh's own defense team to Jeffrey Epstein.
This confirms that Stern was effectively a mole or a dual-agent, facilitating the flow of information between Boreh's lawyers and Epstein, ultimately ensuring the failure of the Republic's case.
