This document is a critical precursor to the financial transaction analyzed in `EFTA02436699`. It establishes that Jeffrey Epstein proactively invited the financial support ("please send all the info") rather than just agreeing to a request. It also proves Peter Mandelson was kept in the loop about Epstein's mentorship/funding of his partner.
On August 13, 2009, Epstein writes to Reinaldo:
"please send allthe info if you intend to got to the osetopay scholl tuition needs, financial aid avalible etc." [sic]
This confirms that the £10,000 "loan" in September was not a random request from Reinaldo, but the result of Epstein explicitly asking to see the costs ("tuition needs").
On August 17, 2009, Epstein forwards Reinaldo's update (about finding a studio space in Farringdon) to Peter Mandelson with the comment:
"Sweet. Plus the odd word missing here and there..."

I am well and happy to not have to face photographers outside the house this week!
I am sending you this note for a quick update on what I have doing lately.

Last week I saw some spaces which were not quite what I expected so decided to start to approach literally all the different estate agencies in the area where I am confident to be the right one.
The area is around Farringdon tube station right in the city of London where most of the biz clients work and the massage schools like to be based as they would be the 2 main source of income.

I am going to see another space tomorrow followed by a meeting with a estate agent from one of the oldest estate agencies in the area to go through their potential spaces available in the market.
As I expected and it's been confirmed through my talks with estate agents that the prices have fallen and flexibility in deals are much greater. So it looks as if we are in very good timing for doing this...
