Evidence: Sultan's Request for Concealment (EFTA00920741)
Source: Jmail Archive (Epstein Files) / Reporting by HCH24 & Africa Intelligence
Date: September 29, 2011
Sender: Sultan Bin Sulayem (CEO of DP World)
Recipient: Jeffrey Epstein
Subject: [Fragmentary / SMS / Email]
Summary
In this communication, Sultan Bin Sulayem instructs Jeffrey Epstein to keep his newly established connection with the President of Djibouti (Ismail Omar Guelleh) secret from their associate Abdourahman Boreh:
"Plz don't mention to Boreh you met Djibouti president as they both hate each other."
Strategic Significance: The "Sensitive Triangle"
- Double-Agent Architecture: This is the foundational proof of the double-agent roles played by the Epstein group. While maintaining close ties (and potentially providing legal/financial help) to Boreh through David Stern, they were simultaneously building a direct, secret line to Boreh's arch-enemy, the President.
- Epstein as Apex: By being the only person with access to both the President and the exiled powerbroker (Boreh), Epstein gained maximum leverage over the Djiboutian port concessions.
- Timing: This concealment request happened in September 2011, the same month Sultan introduced Epstein to the President at the Waldorf Astoria. This was the critical moment of "onboarding" the Djiboutian state into Epstein's network.
